Thank you for shopping with us! Because our slimes are handmade, perishable, and sensory items, we enforce a strict All Sales Are Final policy. Please review our full terms below before completing your purchase.
1. Returns and Cancellations
No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a slime leaves our facility, it cannot be safely resold due to hygiene and health standards.
Cancellations: Order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Grounds for Refunds or Replacements
We want you to love your experience! We will happily issue a refund or ship a replacement without requiring you to return the item under the following strict conditions:
Wrong Item Received: You received a completely different slime texture, size, or scent than what you ordered.
Damaged in Transit: The slime container arrived severely cracked, broken, or completely leaked out during shipping.
Missing Items: Your package was missing a slime, major charm, or add-in that you purchased.
To qualify for a refund or replacement: You must email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic or video proof of the unopened, damaged, or incorrect items.
3. Issues Not Eligible for Refunds
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for the following normal characteristics of handmade slime:
Sticky or Melted Slime: Slime naturally melts or softens during transit due to warm weather and shipping delays. This is completely normal and easily fixed using the included borax care packet and instructions.
Stiff or Hard Slime: Cold weather can cause slime to stiffen. Letting it sit in a warm room or adding small amounts of vegetable glycerin or lotion will fix this.
Allergic Reactions: All ingredients (including borax, glue, fragrance oils, and pigments) are clearly listed on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchasing.
Slime Life Cycle: Slime naturally degrades, deflates, shrinks, or dries out over time with play and exposure to air. This is normal wear-and-tear.
Change of Mind: We do not refund purchases based on personal preference regarding scents, textures, or colours.
